Schedules are not working

Hi,
the problem is the selected schedule is not working as it should.
Schedule is set from 09:00 am to 6:00 pm in “Pool-Mode” but it runs constantly in SPA Mode.
If I turn everything off (Features Off – set back to schedule) for a while everything is OFF and after a few seconds it turns on to SPA-Mode.
Even in the time where it should not work. (Like 1:00 am)
What am I doing wrong, or what should I do?

Did things ever work correctly?

When did things go haywire?

Any maintenance been done on the pool?

Post pictures of your equipment pad and the controls in POOL mode and SPA Mode.
