Sand under liner issue

Hello,

I have an issue I am not sure what to do about, I have a 24 foot above ground vinyl pool that the liner has been in for 5 years with no issues. Lately it is like the sand is being washed away under the liner, I am not losing any water that I can tell and I see no wet areas around the pool where the low spots are now.

What could cause this after 5 years?

Good morning! Are you still having this problem? It would be nice to see a few pics of the area of concern. Might give us some tips to go on.
