Saltwater pool horrible red eyes

Sunburned eyes can contribute to delayed redness and stinging. While in the pool, you get exposed to UV directly and by reflections off the water. Google photokeratitis.

I have the same problem. My eyes are very sensitive to my water and I had Lasik 5 years ago. My wife and kids can swim all day and no issues. I have just always assumed that it was the Lasik that made them sensitive.

I ordered some goggles and making sure I use my eye drops (which I normally neglect).

Have you had the opportunity to swim when your FC was lower? Say 3 or so? Did you still have the issue?

Haven't tried but I don't want the FC to drop that low...my stabilizer is at 70 so trying to keep it at 5-6
