SWG Type
Hayward Aqua Rite (T-15)
My SWG is about 6 weeks old. From the beginning My test results using Taylor kit have been very close to the Hayward t-15 control box readings.

Starting a day or two ago the Hayward began reading higher than my tests. Hayward reads 3200 . I confirmed with a diagnostic instant reading ( of 3200 ). Per Taylor k1766 I get 2800. I normally keep it at 3100 to 3200 as suggested.

I know since my water is now around 74 degrees the salt may take longer to dissolve. So I’m hesitant to add 40 to 60 lbs of salt.

Does anyone have advice ?

Somehow my salt reading on the diagnostic went from 3400 to 3.4. I was pressing the diagnostic button too many times

The factory default display is in English units (ppm).

If Metric units (grams per liter) are preferred, push the small button next the display once.

The display will now show the pool temperature.

With the temperature displayed, move the main switch from AUTO to SUPER CHLORINATE and back to AUTO.

The temperature display will instantly switch to Celsius and the salt display will switch to grams/liter.

Repeat this process to switch back to English units. (ppm and Fahrenheit)
