A few days ago, I decided to check the 'hours meter' on my IC-60 SWG...strictly out of curiosity. I've noticed though, since I did that, neither my Screen Logic app, or Easy Touch display the salt level as it did previously. Instead of reading 3250 ppm or whatever, it now just reads 0 ppm . I know the salt level is fine and I get all green lights on the cell. Everything else seems to be working as it should.
Has anyone else experienced this? It definitely coincided with checking the cell's hours, but why? I cycled power on and off a few times in hopes it would reset itself (that would be the extent of my trouble shooting expertise
), but no go.
On the surface, it's not a big issue. I never considered the salt level indicator to be all that accurate to begin with, and I usually use the calibrated SureCheck salt strips to check levels after storms, top offs, etc, anyway. So all things considered, I could live without that display if I had to. Is this an isolated issue or could it be a symptom of something bigger? Just wondering if anyone had any thoughts or experience with this issue. Thanks.
