Safety of pool slide

I understand that however I know I have a tendency to knit pick and be a little over the top about things. Which is why I thought I would join this site and get honest opinions from people on here as this site has been a great resource since I became a pool owner.

Just my opinion but the slide on the shallow end isnt necessarily unsafe. I worked for a summer at a waterpark that had super fast slides dumping into less than 36” of water. And the local kids parks dumps sliders right onto the ground/tanbark. If you’re going head first then maybe its a bit unsafe. But doesnt matter now so if the slide isnt wobbly, its probably fine.
