Safety Cover for Double Roman

We are in the process of looking for a solid safety pool cover. Do I have to purchase a custom pool cover or can I just use a rectangle cover ? The pool is 16X32 double roman which includes the ends. We have plenty of concrete around the pool. The cost for an out of the box rectangle shape is much cheaper than a custom cover. We are looking at this one-

HPI Yard Guard AquaMaster Solid Safety Cover w/Drain for 16' x 32' 6R/2R Rectangle, Blue

Any advice is appreciated!

Safety covers have a "Raised rub strip to prevent chafing on coping", which is a plastic strip on the underside of the straps where the straps cross the coping edge.

If the cover does not fit, the warranty might be void if the wear strips are not protecting the straps from abrasion.

If the Roman ends have sharp points, there will usually be extra padding squares on a custom cover to protect the cover.

If you use a non-fit cover, you might void the warranty and the safety rating.

If you use a nonfit cover, you should add padding as needed to protect the cover from excessive wear.
