RS8 Open Air Sensor

Just had my board rebuilt as nothing else seemed to fix the problem. Installed the new board & new air sensor and still getting the message. So swap wiring positions with the water sensor on the Green 10 pin connector and no more open air message. So I am not sure where or what the problem is and clueless on where to begin to fix this.
Any help appreciated.
 
Test the air sensor using the OHMS setting on a multimeter.

Replace your "new" air sensor.

Was the air sensor a OEM Jandy or a cheap replacement?
 
I have probably put 3 or 4 of these cheap ones on over the last year fighting this issue.
I think if it was bad once the wiring was switched I would have got a water sensor open message.
I no next to nothing about controls.
 
Get a 10K resistor and put it in place of the sensor. If the system does not read 76F then the board is bad.

Aldo check the connector and pins the sensor is connected to for looseness.
