So happy and excited for you! Haven't posted here before, but have been following along - so glad your hubby is doing better ... motorcycle accidents are horrifying and I am glad that he is recovering so well!

Thank you all for your well wishes n excitement. The guy is a little late but he just dropped off his kobota. He went to get us sand so were half way there. Jim is actually weed whacking because I can't keep him down. Never could.

Can't wait to see the walls up. Right after you are done, don't forget to get some grass seed with straw thrown down on top of the seed on that nicely leveled dirt yard before rains start wshing you gulleys into it, looks like a nice shady spot where the summer sun won't burn the new grass up. You can always reseed it again in fall. I wouldn't wait on it though.

Can you post a close up of one of those pavers?
Do you plan to put down foam board on top of the sand? How thick? I didn't, and I wish I had. I take my pool down in September, so I'll do it next year.

But anyway, I'd like your comments on my build. Those guys came at 10:30 and just left at 1:30!
Now for the hard work, the decking! Water is going in pool as I speak!

I am so sore today after prepping, moving 3.5 tons of sand, tamping, sweeping the sand, realigning the track because I removed it and getting sun on my very fair skin. I need to attach top plates on the uprights today before Igo to work and get the pad and paneling out and set up in the middle of the pool.
Oh yeah... take Tylenol!!!
