I purchased a robot to help clean my pool last year when we installed the fiberglass pool. We have about a 4 inch ledge that goes around the pool so you can stand even in the deep end. The robot has a problem cleaning that area and it seems like that's where most of my accumulation builds up. Do others have this same problem? I usually just manually clean that ledge and the stairs before the weekend.

No pool cleaner will clean that ledge or steps.. You just have to sweep them off into the main pool.
