Robot vac tore off tiles. Should I do anything while waiting to repair?

Now I imagine these tiles were already well on their way to needing repair but I put a Betta vac in for one day and it’s totally ripped off this section.

I’m already in the process of having someone come to repair but should I do anything in the meantime? Lower the water and turn off the pump? Or is this ok to sit until it’s fixed.

Leave the pool running while waiting for the tile repair.

Repairing that tile with thinset and grout is not very difficult.
