3. Post up a full set of test results
4. Go through the shock process
Since your CYA appears to high, you have to replace a lot of water to get the CYA reasonable ... you can NOT continue to use the tablets because that is what is raising your CYA too high.
I do not know how to tell you more clearly.
Perhaps you would do better and go to the pool store ... they will be happy to tell you what to do. Might work, might not ... certainly will cost you a lot of money.
