Replacing water in above ground pool

We wanted to actually be able to swim in it this weekend so I did not add anymore Saturday since we need to wait 10 hours according to everything I have read.

You can swim after 1 hour of circulating after adding chemicals (including MA).

I get so much conflicting advice that I am not sure what direction to follow.

I am not seeing the conflicting advice you are getting. Lower you ph down to 7.2 whenever it gets up to 7.5. Check ph 1 hour after adding, then add again if needed.

I think I am going to follow the pool calculator and stop posting.

I did not mean to offend ...but I am trying to make it clear to you that you should get your ph down, test within an hour then adjust again if needed. Post your current ph.
