Replacing temperature sensor heat pump

Been a loooooong time since I had an issue with the pool, so hopefully I can get some help here!

While it is still warm in Florida, it is certainly not warm enough for the heater (Sunrunner/Aquapro 1300 (127K BTU) installed in 2011) to show the water at 135 degrees. Mid 80s is probably more like it.

Any guides/videos on how to replace the temperature sensor? Or is this already complicated enough that I should call a professional.

Water temperature sensor is usually easy to replace once you find it. It usually unscrews out.

The last pages show where the temperature sensor connects to the board. You may need to find the board connection and then follow the wire back to the sensor location.

Otherwise call a HVAC company who works on heat pumps.
