Moved from here.
I need to replace four Hayward hydrotherapy nozzles.

I have the nozzles...
Hayward SP1434PAKB Jetair III Nozzles...

I have the special tool...
Hayward SP1434T Jetair III Fitting Combination Tool

I have the seal and O-rings...
Hayward SPX1434JA Seal and O-ring Replacement Kit for Hayward Hydrotherapy and Spa Fittings

Question:

Where can I find a step-by-step installation guide?

In my opinion, the manual in the link above offers no serious step-by-step detail.

What goes into the water body assembly first?
What goes into the water body assembly next?
What goes into the water body assembly next?
What goes into the water body assembly last?
The seal and O-ring kit comes with a black ring. What's that for?

I'm not a pool expert. Our homeowners association (HOA) asked for volunteers to try to get the spa jets working and, so, I said I'd try to help out. I sent an email inquiry to Hayward. So far, no reply. Any suggestions would be appreciated?

Have you taken any of the jets out yet, If not you might want to slowly takeone out and see how the parts go together. The first thing that goes in the body is the seat, then the nozzle, then the retaining ring
The old nozzles have been removed. Nobody on our HOA board or our pool committee knows why. It's a mystery. Thank you for suggesting the order of assembly. First the seat, then the nozzle, then the retaining ring. In the Hayward SPX1434JA kit, there are two O-rings and a black seal. I assume that the O-rings are the seat and the retaining ring but I'm confused about the black seal. Do you know what the black seal is used for?
