Replacing Failed Single Speed Pump

Its a bad angle but I have about 3 inches of clearance right now. Until I can get someone to break the slab and replumb I'm hoping this holds for now.

Will probably be fine unless you're running the pump at 100% during the hottest parts of the summer days. The whole idea for me behind a VS was running it as low a speed as remains effective, and lower speed = less horsepower = less heat.
