Replacement of Hayward max float XL 1.5 hp to speed 230 Volt

This will be the third time replacing this motor, person trying to sell me a SEEUTEK pump motor. Any thoughts on that very inexpensive

This is the current one.was told by pool guy it would cost over $1600. This will be the 3rd time replacing . Inground pool, 17000 gal. Salt water generator.
