Replacement diving board

Hello all,
Near the end of last season my young kids were jumping off the diving board to me in the water and I noticed one of the channels under the board was cracked. Upon further inspection from the top there was a lot of spider cracking on the top of the board as well. Is there any issue with just replacing the board by itself?
I believe it to be a Interfab La Mesa 8ft board and I see replacement boards on the Doheny website for $460 for the Duro Beam board. The pool was built in 2004 and I believe this to be the original board. Do new boards come with new hardware to attach to the base? Attached is a picture

I see interfab was bought by SR smith. Is the Interfab la Mesa and the Sr smith Flyte Deck II the same? Same for the boards...is the Interfab duro beam and the SR smith Fibre dive the same?

My board dimensions are as follows

Board is 7’ 10.5” (8ft I would guess you would call it). Width is 17”. Bolt centers are 12” apart.
