Replacement brush for maytronics dolphins S300i

I purchased a replacement brush directly from metronics. It is wider, then the original brush on the dolphin unit. The packaging shows my actual model number. Any ideas?

I'd buy the whole rear tube assy for $25 P/N 99955381
and Active Brush assy for $17. P/N 9995545

By the time the brushes wear out the bearings (for the lack of a better word) are all worn down, so replacing the whole thing is quicker and makes more sense to me.

The reason I asked is that part is only for the rear brush it will not work on the active brush.
