Repairing missing grout on spa wall

We have some missing grout as well on the tile on the spa wall. We have the name of the grout but have been too apprehensive to try to fix this. Do we need to drain the pool if it's above the water line to fix or can we just do it while we are in the pool??

You only need to drain down the water level enough so the area you are grouting stays dry for 24 hours while the grout sets.

This product can be applied underwater. When I reattached fallen tiles I did not lower the water level and they are holding strong for years. this stuff is magical!
