Repairing missing grout around tiles

I noticed that I'm missing some grout around the tiles inside the pool. There is also cracking below the top coping where it meets the wall inside the pool. What's the best product to use to fix this issue so that it doesn't get worse?

I used underwater magic for the exact same repairs. There was an open space between the coping and pool wall around the entire pool. The product has held up for 3 years. I also used it to reattach a tile that fell off. It’s very sticky so wear gloves. I did a terribly inept job of managing the caulk gun but the space is sealed. Product is sold in US. Costly and prices vary so price compare before buying.
