Refinishing in NJ

Hoping to get a recommendation for a company to resurface an in ground pool. Current plaster/tile finish is shot. I would probably just go with something similar but I hear stories about subpar plaster install that lasts like 5 years, and then they just blame your chemical levels.

Anyway appreciate any recommendations!
