Recommendations on new DE Pump

First time posting, long time reading!
My pump is on its last legs and I need to replace it.
I know I need to go to a variable speed but other than that, Im not sure what to look for.
Pool: 18k in ground
DE system
Sta-brite “barrel” type filter
