Recent Tp-100 test results CC to high. Help!!

how to get rid of CC. Assuming cya is too high and killing chlorine efficiency. I have turned off my chlorinator 3 days ago to reduce more cya but unsure what to do next

The only way to reduce CYA is to partially drain and refill. Pool Math will give you an idea of how much to drain.

That’s good, because you don’t have near enough chlorine in there for your CYA level. Have a look at the Chlorine/CYA chart and you’ll see what I mean.

If I were in your shoes, I’d get that CYA down and then run your numbers again, then we’ll talk next steps.

You are right at the spot I was before draining my pool and starting over. Stop using those chlorinating pucks; that's what is raising your CYA levels.

Any chance you or some pool company has been adding non-chlorine "shock"? Monopersulafe-- MPS-- falsely registers as CC.
