Really Dumb questions and recommendations....

I just realized there is no pressure gauge on the Filter (I will have to dig around in this tiny shed to see if I can find manufacture label but it looks like a Hayward?). What kind and where should I get one? I will ask how to install later
Also, I dont have a temperature gauge...recommendations? While I am at it...other than skimmers, brushes, pump, what other gadgets items should I get?

You can get really good gauges here: Flow Meters and PSI Gauges. They are very good quality and easier to read in my opinion.

For thermometers, you can grab one at just about any pool store or hardware store pool section. You can get fancy or keep it simple. I chose cheap & easy. I have a regular thermometer that I tied to the skimmer lid and it sits in my skimmer. Other than that, always have a good brush around. Just like our teeth, the pool surfaces need a good brushing to keep any biofilms from trying to accumulate.
