Re-upped Subscription 2/3/2023 and PoolMath Tells me to Upgrade

I just re upped my subscription on 2.3.2023, and tried to enter test results in PoolMath and it tells me to upgrade. What is up with that? Just looked up credit card info and was billed for it.
 
I sent message, and no reply. Don't know why I can't log anything when I paid 2/3/2023, and when I even go to restore subscription, it tells me nothing found. Is there any other way to contact them?
 
Looking at the account associated with the email I suspect it’s just a matter of getting your device to update. I’m looking at your account on the database and all seems to be correct…..so let’s see if we can get your device to wake up.

Can you try to logout of the App and log back in using the same info? This should force things and get you on your way.
 
Can you explain what you mean by “locked out?” Did you try to logout and log back in?
I just logged out and back in, and still the same. Can't do anything in PoolMath.

I cannot add test results, or anything in PoolMath, and I just re-upped my premium subscription in February.

Already did a log out and log back in, but still the same, cannot do anything on PoolMath
 
I’m gonna try again via email as something isn’t adding up. On the subscription’s end all is working correctly, not sure why the device isn’t updating……..

What came of this? I'm having the same problem now, and I've logged out and back in, etc.

EDIT: I saw in the app there is a button to "Restore Subscription" and that seems to have done the trick.
