I just re upped my subscription on 2.3.2023, and tried to enter test results in PoolMath and it tells me to upgrade. What is up with that? Just looked up credit card info and was billed for it.

Already did a log out and log back in, but still the same, cannot do anything on PoolMathLooking at the account associated with the email I suspect it’s just a matter of getting your device to update. I’m looking at your account on the database and all seems to be correct…..so let’s see if we can get your device to wake up.
Can you try to logout of the App and log back in using the same info? This should force things and get you on your way.
