Raypak AVIA - Control Lockout

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has an AVIA heater and tried the control lockout. I am wondering if the mobile app still has control when the control lockout is enabled. Unfortunately not onsite to try it out and people keep tampering with the settings. Raypak hasn't been able to help with a physical lock and I've lost control of the unit remotely completely.

Or if anyone had any ideas on a physical lock. The reseller says the wrong one could invalidate the warranty. Thanks

You are one of the first folks here to have the Raypak Avia heater.

It is interesting that the manual gives a backdoor to clear the Control Lockout. So anyone with enough initiative to read the manual can learn how to bypass the Control Lockout. Not very secure.

Other than the Control Lockout, how do you like the Raypak Avia? Our Pentair died and I'm seriously considering buying the RP Avia.

Anyone else out there with one that would like to comment?
