RayPak 2100 heater does not turn on

I have Raypak model #2100 gas pool heater. I changed the digital panel board last year however now it does not even turn on. I had the gas company change my gas meter to the house yesterday however they did not attend to check the pool heater when they finished installing my gas meter. Would this cause my heater not to kick start on? There is not visible power at the heater. Any advice or steps to trouble shot would be helpful. Thank you.

What model number is your heater? Get the specific model number that should be inside one of the panels.

If you have the millivolt model it requires the pilot light to be lit to generate electrical power to run.
