Hello To the Forum. I am working on a pool heater. I have replace the pilot light and everything worked great for three days. The pilot light is on but the burner will not ignite. I've tried it several times with no luck. I has someone come out but he had no idea any help would be Great.

Welcome to TFP.

You have a millivolt heater that used the flame on a thermopile to generate sufficient voltage to power the heater and open the gas valve. You need to use a multimeter to determine if you have sufficient voltage from the thermopile - 200 to 500 mv - and all the safety switches are closed.
