Rattling in Hayward SP3200VSP pump

Noticed this morning that there was a rattling sound coming from my pump when it started up. It quit rattling pretty quickly and is running fine - full of water, correct pressure, etc.
I've reached out to the pool company that did the installation (Completed in Dec 2015), I'm not sure if the warranty is extended by the installation company, can't remember.
A few specific questions:
Do I need to quit running the pump altogether until I figure out the problem?
How long can I go without running the pump if that's the right answer?
I'm pretty confident in DIY so if for some reason there is no help from the pool company I suppose it's not too problematic to at least investigate and determine what's loose?

Any input or suggestions are welcome.
Thanks!

There was just a little air in the pump basket, pretty much the same as it always is. This didn't sound at all like air, definitely like a physical object rattling around, but it did stop so.......not something that I've ever noticed before and I've had times when there was more air in the pump basket.

That it stopped indicates it was air that got pushed out.....no harm.

Next time you start your pump, observe when the pump basket bubbles stop and if that coincides with the rattling stopping.

Air can sound like something mechanical and it makes you think a bolt has been sucked up!

Probably not but keep paying attention to it.
