Raising CYA to combat FC loss

My current CYA level is 45. The pool is in full sun all day. Zero shade. The temps get around 100°+ during the summer. I’m losing around 50%, maybe even a little more, of my FC, which I know is normal. I’m trying to cut back on having to add so much bleach every single day (I use 12.5%). I was thinking of upping my CYA to do this, but don’t want to up it too high. What’s an acceptable level to raise it to so I’m not burning through so much bleach on a daily basis? Is doing it this way even recommended or should I just suck it up and deal with adding 50+ ounces every day?

50 ounces of 12.5% is 3.6ppm FC loss per day. That is pretty normal. You can add 10 ppm of CYA if you like, but might not have much effect.
