Raised spa loses water when pump is off.

The water level of my spa drops about 3-4 inches in the 19 hours between pump run time. I'm guessing it's going into pool.? I recently had a new vsp pump installed, could that be an issue? Or has it always done this and I've never noticed??

Mac,

95% of the time, when the water in the spa drops to just below the spa return jets and stops, the problem is a bad or dirty check valve in the return water path..

If it drops well below the return jets it could be a problem with the Intake valve leaking.

We need to see some pics from the front of your equipment pad without all the shadows..
