Nearing the end of our 12 month build. We have a raised spa with ledgerstone and travertine pavers. They put in the stone and waterline tile first and just finished the pavers this week. I think the stone work could have been better (you can tell they are just square panels vs interlocking), but ultimately we are not happy with how the pavers match up to the spa. It would make sense to me that the travertine would butt up to the concrete shell and then the stone would go in above the pavers. We are frustrated with all the delays and poor communication, so we just want to be finished, but also put a ton of money into it and want it done correctly. Would you complain?
