Rain during plaster - need advice

Hello. Plaster day today. The crew started working from 8 am, but it started raining around noon. They said they are almost done with the pool area. They will have to come back and do the Spa and tanning ledge tomorrow. Not sure if the plaster needs some curing time. Will this comprise the plaster or the finish like leave streaks or blotches even after acid wash ?

Good to know about the streaks. As far as rain, it was medium (not too light, not too hard) for 2 hrs. Then very slow sprinkles after. Initially they covered it with plastic sheet, but later on they removed it even though it was raining citing that plaster they put on has already hardened. All new info for us, so tryna understand if what we're told is accurate
