Quick question on pool bottom finishes

Hello,

As some of you may know we are in the middle of building our 23k gallon pool. Our pool builder gives us a quartz pool finish at no additional cost (so they say). So we went with it.
Question is does anyone know how well quartz pool finshes hold up compared to something like peeble sheen? Looking for more industry knowledge of the 2 other than ensuring chemicals are balance it will last just as long type answers lol.
