Hi Pool People!
We have an 8500 gallon salt water little party pool that is just perfect for us. But I think the pump is starting to go.
It's making some high pitched sounds. I have been reading that Variable Speed Pumps are more energy efficient and a good idea for our pool. Do these motors need to be covered from rain? I would like to hear suggestions from the group about what brand/series would be a good one to purchase. However, I'm not too excited about the prices I'm seeing. But then does it save in the long run?
