Question about light replacement

Getting some proposals for pool renovation, and some questions I have are around lighting. I have an original Pentair SPA light (bulb), and the main pool light is a Pentair SAM, which I installed in around 2009 (it no longer works)
The pool contractors are quoting me $3228, $3000, $3700, etc, to replace both

1) What are appropriate Pentair replacements for these? (Pentair Architectural series?)
2) While I can get these lights from local suppliers (Pinch a penny/Leslies), they seem expensive. Would a contractor be able to get these for me for cheaper? Or are there places I can get them for cheaper?
3) As I have no issue with installing these myself, is there any downside to doing this? (voided warranty)

Any advice here would be appreciated.

Are you replacing bulbs or the entire fixture with buried conduit, etc?

Replacing both with complete new assemblies, which will be housed in the existing niches, with the cables pulled through existing conduit to the electrical box.

That is too rich for me. You can price them out yourself, a contractor may be getting them a little cheaper but could also be paying more since they are likely not shopping around and just passing the cost on to you along with their possible markup and install cost.

Depending on the condition of you conduit and the length it could be easy or challenge. Also two people make it easier, so there is likely a cost included because the contractor is bringing a helper.

If you are not comfortable and confident in your ability to do this or deal with the possible challenges, by all means go with a professional. Safety is paramount.
