Pvc fitting Hayward Heat Pro

This gray fitting on my Hayward Heat Pro (model: hp21104t) at the end of the heat exchanger is cracked....I cannot find this part anywhere and I called Hayward but they’re completely useless

What part are we looking at? That external or internal to the heat pump? That a water connection or refrigerant pipe?
