purple cyanurate resource? I get the fundamentals, I just think it’s cool.
I just picked up 3 pools in subdivision all identical.
Cartridge, auto covers & rampant cya abuse.
& as purple as Barney the dinosaur.
So with cartridge filters & autocover very little dilution, not to mention each is about 20k gallons of vinegar. All 3 use autocover for winter, so seasonal water exchanges.
Water is crystal clear, surfaces are coated.
2 are on their second heater, both pickled by the vinegar.
3 purple monsters is a lot in one week, I haven’t come across many & they are have been spread a few seasons apart.
