Pump won’t turn on - Autopilot system

I have the autopilot salt system. I have an error” check flow” with red light. I’ve cleaned everything possible, changed the capacitor on pump, swapped fuses but still no power goes to my pump from the pool pilot. All wires are intact, incoming power is good...idk. What else am I missing? The pump is 2 years old and because it’s not getting power from the pool pilot I’m wondering...do I have to clear that error before the pump will work? Or is the error caused by the fact that the pump is getting no power?

Do you have pictures of everything?

There is a relay that sends power to the pump.

Do you schedule the pump from a timer in the Autopilot?

How are you? I live in Rome and am having the same exact problem. Mine is going on 3 years old. Just wondering what fix your problem. Thanks in advance.
