Pump Suction Pressure

I am building an automated bleach dispenser. I need to know what is a range of suction pressure (vacuum - PSI or whatever) for a 3/4 pump would be? Would a -30 - 0 in HG vacuum gage on the suction side of the pump give me a good number?

If i "think" of what your going to do i would't do it .
Is the plan to have the suction side of your pool pump pull the bleach from your storage tank?
If i am wrong, sorry, continue....
