I have been running my pump from 9am-7pm. Does it matter when you run your pump? For the most part nobody is getting in during them hours so was thinking about running my pump from 6am-10am then again from 8pm-midnight on days no one is using the pool. Does it matter what time of the day you run the part as long as it gets filtered?

No, it does not matter as long as you run your pump long enough to generate the chlorine from your SWG.
