We have a 3yr old Waterway Hi-Flo pump (model # SD-20-2N11CD) that has previously been working fine. Now when turned on low speed the pump does nothing..no noise at all. It runs fine on high speed. We are new to the world of pool ownership and hoping to get some suggestions for fixing..thank you!

Generally, when one speed of a two speed pump does not operate it is usually in the centrifugal switch in the back of the motor. Another possibility is the speed switch itself.
