Pump & Filter Outlet Leak

It looks like I have two different leaks. What are the chances.

I can't see whats going on with the pump so I am not sure of the next steps other than calling a pool company?

For the filter outlet leak, I plan to unscrew and reseat?

Any thoughts?

Yikes. A double whammy. I'd take the filter leak over the pump every time. The pump might be a seal plate or shaft seal inside. Hard to know without separating and inspecting. But that is something you'll want to have addressed as soon as possible before the moisture infiltrates the motor and causes more problems. The filter fittings O-rings might just need to be cleaned and re-lubed.
