Prowler 920 Doesn't Run

I've been running a Prowler 920 for about six years. This year I took it out of winter storage after the pool had been opened, and it ran fine (lot's of silt) until yesterday. I pushed the power supply button in the morning and ran a normal cycle, but when I tried to run a second cycle in the afternoon . . . . . , nothing. The lights on the power supply look normal, but there are no lights on the cleaner itself, and it doesn't move. I've disconnected, inspected, reconnected the unit's cable from the power supply with nothing evident (haven't checked pin voltage yet), and cleaned the impeller (some hair & debris, but not much). Troubleshooting steps?? By the way, what are the other two buttons (not lit) on the power supply?

I did check the voltage coming out of the power supply. It's 13.5 VDC across the two pins (sockets) in the per supply when the button is pushed, with the other two pins (sockets) not used. I haven't taken the cleaner itself apart yet to see what's being delivered on the other end of the cable. Other ideas where the problem may be?

Correction: The pwr supply output is 29.1 VDC . . . . . . , with the pwr button on or off (??). I've checked the continuity of the cable, pin to pin (2 on either end), and they appear good, also getting 29.1 VDC on the cleaner end when connected to the pwr supply. However, internal to the motor assy, there are three wires coming out (blk, red, & wht, with the red not connected to any of the cable pins, is connected to things internal to the motor assy??). The black and white wires do not have the 29.1 VDC, but only .2 or .6 VDC. I'm tempted to call this my problem solution (going to disassemble the motor assay again to verify, but had difficulty getting it back together the first time). I'm also going to try to clean all of the contacts/pins/sockets, but if that doesn't cure the problem, are there replacement parts available for the elec transition through the motor assy chassis, and how is that done? All this still leaves a lot of ?s like; how does the cleaner work if there is always pwr to it with the pwr supply on or off, what are the other two sockets on the pwr supply, and what does the red wire (not connected to any pwr) do internally in the motor assy? I don't need answers to these last three, if the darn thing will just start "prowling" again!
