Prowler 820 stalled

Our Prowler 820 Kreepy Krauly quit running. Yesterday all was well; today, it powers up; does it’s spouting when it comes underwater, but will not move. Ideas?

What happens if you start it outside the pool? Can you check impeller and track gear motor?

are you saying the impeller is spinning but the robot's tracks are not turning? or does the impeller spout out some water, then stop and do nothing else?
