Ok so I love how this stuff smells. My favorite hot tub time is right after I add it. Is there anyway to add this smell to the hot tub, but not keep adding product? I can deal with similar.

SDS of that product looks like borates to me. You can get boric acid from Duda Diesel. It will add borates most likely for less cost.

Perhaps call or email the Proteam folks and ask them what the scent is. Maybe they can even provide just the fragrance. As an alternative to adding a fragrance to the water, you might see if you can find some similarly-scented candles or essential oil diffuser to have nearby.
We add Epsom salts to our spa from time to time. Just a cup or so. There are all sorts of nice flavors of Epsom salts. We like coconut and lime best.
Yes, it does add some salt but that is fine. Most things add salt to hot tubs like bleach, muriatic acid, people, tap water.
I added about a cup to 480 gallons and didn't notice any real difference. I am thinking a cup in 480 gallons is a pretty small concentration. It takes six pounds of Regular Salt to get to 1500 ppm. I used an unscented brand, but just wanted to test it to make sure it didn't cause any foaming etc. Do you have a SWCG? Would that affect anything? How often do you add?
OT But I mixed the Epsom Salt in from the cup and opposite of Calcium Chloride it makes the water very cold.
