Problems with just finished pool

We had our pool redone with diamond brite last week. After the tech came and put in chemicals the water started to clear. We were horrified by what we saw.. I sent photos to the pool contractor. He has not been out yet but says it's either marks from normal brushing or pool vacuum marks. Supposed to meet with him today. Help!

Nah, brushing does not mark up plaster and neither do pool vacuums. Plaster is hard within 12 hours of the water being added and can't be marked up.

Those marks are from the troweling and plaster application. But the PB will never admit it.

As Allen says, that's a bad installation.
