I recently purchased a TF-100 test kit. When I received it there was a leaky bottle. I have tried to contact [email protected] multiple times with no response. Do you have any suggestions?

I had the same thing in my last order. The r0007 had leaked quite a bit in the bag. Rebecca quickly sent me another bottle.

When I received my kit the bottle of R-0011L was leaking. I can't tell how much was lost but the liquid is to the top of the label. So I still have most of it. Thanks for responding.
