Problem with Spa heater on new pool

Ever since Pentair changed us over to the new App we are having problems. On our new pool using intellicenter I can turn on the pool pump and Mastertemp heater. But when I go to turn Spa on the heater does not work
Under heat in the app for the pool it shows a choice of Mastertemp or Off
On the app for spa it shows only OFF

I called electrician and everything seems fine. I called the pool man and even using the controls directly on the Intellicenter he can’t get it to work

My luck just when I had guests from out of town there they can not use spa for grandkids and pool is way too cold it would take days to heat

Any advice appreciated

What does your heater say for Affiliated Body?

The pool man couldn’t get it to come up with pool/spa choice so he set up mastertemp 2 and affiliated it with Spa
